Our portable LED screen hire service covers Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, and the surrounding area. Unlike the big AV companies, we work at a human scale, with transparent pricing, no minimum spend that requires a crane or a corporate budget, and someone who actually cares about how your event looks on the night.

This is a managed service. We show up, set everything up, run the visuals (or help you run yours), and take it all down at the end. You focus on your event. We handle the screen.

What's available

Our modular PSLED01 LED panels can be configured to suit your space and setup, from a compact visual backdrop for your club night to a larger statement LED wall for your venue or exhibition. Panels can be arranged as a solid screen or placed separately around a space for a more atmospheric effect.

Hire includes:

  • LED panels configured to your requirements
  • Delivery, setup, and strike
  • Operation on the night
  • Standard Pixelgrinder visuals (abstract, rave-influenced, and genuinely good)
  • Bespoke visuals available, including event logos, artist names, and custom content, just ask
  • Support getting your visuals source up and running on the LED screen

Pricing

LED screen hire starts from £300 for a single evening within our local area. Prices vary depending on:

  • Number of panels and screen configuration
  • Location and travel requirements
  • Duration of hire
  • Visuals requirements

We are not going to make you fill in a form, wait three days, and sit through a sales call to find out what something costs.
