Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all our products, so the price you see listed is the price you will pay.

Order processing

We will get in touch with an expected turnaround time once your order is received.

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.

Some products are made to order or supplied by third-party manufacturers on an order-by-order basis. These items may require additional processing time before dispatch. Where this applies we’ll clearly note it on the relevant product page.

During busy periods, product launches, or when assembling kits, processing times may be longer than usual.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Made-to-order items and pre-orders

Some Pixelgrinder LED products are produced to order or offered as pre-orders.

  • Made-to-order and pre-order items have longer and more variable lead times.
  • Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page where possible, but these are estimates, not guarantees.
  • If your order contains a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items, we may dispatch items together once all components are ready, unless otherwise stated.

If there are significant delays beyond the estimated time frame we’ll contact you with an update.


Shipping locations

At present, we ship within the United Kingdom only.


Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service used. All delivery time frames are estimates.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control, but we’ll always try to help if issues arise.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Delays and issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturing lead times, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
