To use the Services (including browsing our store or purchasing products), you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. Product descriptions, specifications, availability and prices may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for any reason. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation (or dispatch confirmation), and we have received and processed payment.
Please check your order carefully before submitting. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help, but we may not be able to cancel once an order has been processed or dispatched.
If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You agree that purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order and will be included in your order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown include/exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. Shipping costs and any applicable customs or import charges (for international orders) will be shown at checkout where possible.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk and ownership: For consumers in the UK, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. Ownership of goods passes once we have received full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
If a parcel appears damaged on arrival, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

- give appropriate credit to Pixelgrinder,
- provide a link to the licence, and
- distribute any derivative works under the same licence terms.

Except where content is expressly licensed under a Creative Commons licence, these Terms do not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
Trademarks:
The Pixelgrinder and Pixelgrinder LED names, logos, and branding are not covered by any Creative Commons licence and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify’s name and branding are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services. These are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not control or monitor them, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
(This section describes Shopify’s relationship with our store.) Pixelgrinder is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchases you make are made directly with Pixelgrinder, not Shopify.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Pixelgrinder, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Pixelgrinder.

11. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting our Services.
You confirm you have the rights to submit the Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms and the policies referenced form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
