Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

DIY kits:
Part kits that have been partially assembled are considered used and are not eligible for return unless a fault or issue only becomes evident as a result of assembly.

Pixelgrinder is not responsible for damage caused by DIY assembly where instructions have not been followed or reasonable care has not been taken. Please check all parts supplied against the Bill of Materials for the product purchased upon receipt, and contact us immediately if any parts are missing or incorrect so we can make it right.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, missing parts, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@pixelgrinder.co.uk, including your order number and (where relevant) photos.

If a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Partially completed kit builds (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
