Tools

  • Screwdriver
    Torx  -  T8
A Torx bit or Hex Key will work here

Instructions

1 - Slide cross bars onto side bars

Ensure both cross bars on the same side bar tracks, with the L-brackets pointing towards one another and T-nuts on the same side

2 - Tighten the L-brackets so they are flush with the side bars

With the cross bars pushed fully onto the side bars tighten the L-bracket screw as shown in the image to make the cross bar flush with each side bar.
Do NOT tighten the L-bracket screws in the side bar tracks, the cross bars should be able to slide up and down between the side bars.
Using just a bit makes this easier due to the limited space. A hex key will also work.

3 - Push the silicone alignment inserts into the cross bar track

Push the inserts into the cross bar tracks, with the larger insert in the centre, separating the T-nuts.
This is to align the T-nuts for attaching to a VESA mount plate through the panel backplate.
