Instructions

1 - Slide T-nuts onto side bar track

Slide 5x T-nuts onto the tracks on the same side as the cross bar alignment inserts.
Use the back plate to align the T-nuts with their corresponding drilled holes

2 - Screw backplate onto frame

Ensure the back plate is the correct way around - Pixelgrinder logo and countersunk screw holes should be facing away from the frame
Align frame ends with back plate ends
Attach the back plate to the frame by inserting the screws through the countersunk holes and into the T-nuts.
Tighten the screws so there is still a small amount of movement.
Once all of the screws are inserted align the side bar ends with the back plate ends by moving the side bars, then tighten the screws fully.
Do not over tighten the screws! They should be firmly attached

3 - Align cross bars with mount point holes

Move the cross bars to align with the mount point holes on the back plate.
Tighten the L-bracket screws onto the side bars to hold in place.
The mount point holes are wider than the screw threads on the T-nuts to allow for some wiggle room when mounting. The silicone inserts also leave space for this.
The main alignment focus is getting the cross bars parallel with one another and the tracks centered with the holes.
