Step 9 : Attach end plates to frame

The final frame sections are the end plates that protect and help align the LED modules inside the panels.

Once complete the end plates should be flush with the back plate end edges.

  • 18mm M5 machine screws
    D07 : 18mm Round Head Screws | M54x

    Phillips Head

Instructions

1 - Attach top plate to frame end

Screw the top plate onto the frame at the opposite end to the PSU and receiving card.
Align as shown

Top late secured to frame

2 - Attach base plate to frame end

Attach the base plate to the frame using the screws so the C13 socket aligns with the PSU as shown.
All wires should be on the inside of the frame.
